Be careful, as you get close to arriving at that fence, a 5-star wanted will be put on your head. Once you see that fence, you can ram it down with your vehicle. Also, that fence is also barb-wired on the top. You will know because of you look through the fence, you will see a Patriot, Leviathan, etc. After circling for a while, you will see a destructible fence that is an entrance to Area 69's barracks. Go on the road, and circle Area 69 on it. There is a dirt road surrounding Area 69. I will show you a few tips to getting in there. Area 69 is also a very cool place to explore, and has a bunch of rare vehicles like the Rhino tank spawned in the base. Just coming near the base will immediately set off a 5-star wanted level.
In-game, Area 69 is heavily protected inside, and out. It is an obvious reference to Area 51 in real life. Area 69 is a restricted base located in the heart of Bone County, Las Ventras.
